How to Remove the Address History in a Mac
Website search histories are an easy way to find websites and information you have previously visited. Histories also make useful tools to monitor which sites your children have been visiting. However, they do take up memory space, and clearing the search history on occasion helps keep your computer functioning optimally. To Remove All Safari History
1 – Go to the Safari Menu.
2 – Click “Safari.”
3 – Select “Reset Safari.” This erases cookies, address bar history, autofills, search history, caches, download history, usernames and passwords.
To Remove Only Address History
1 – Open Safari.
2 – Select “History” from the toolbar at the top of your screen. This brings up a drop-down menu.
3 – Select “Clear History.” Your address history will now be deleted.
